CINEMASCOPE

Truman Show
This post is prompted by a comment on my previous post. Someone said that the story of my friend who is diagnosed with lung cancer, was like an email forward.

I smile to myself. I have heard people say "this is life, not a movie", and "this happens only in Mills and Boons novels".

Then why does everything around me seem like a movie to me? How come the people I know are like characters from movies? Why do I hear well-scripted dialogues and even punch dialogues when I hear people talk? I can hear background music for everyday happenings. Why do I sense subtle movements and nuances that you normally notice in movie actors, in everyday life people?

Is my life a movie? Am I someone like the character Jim Carrey played in The Truman Show?
Will I ever know the truth?

Or am I on the brink of insanity?

People try to immitate the movies and the directors claim that they are just portraying what happens in real life.. so you cant say they are two diff worlds altogether.. and u might feel that way...

(am I playing a gud char?? )

World's a stage and all of us are mere actors buddy

All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts.

I am a fan of Jim Careey..
He is gud comedian...He is very gud at changing his facial expressions..as he started it at his very young age..With his elastic features, frantic mugging and screen-hogging antics, many believe him to be an intolerably childish clown, Carrey as continuing a long line of classic comedians stretching back through Jerry Lewis and Laurel and Hardy and very few actors of any kind can match his extraordinary run of hits.

Try to watch his...

Vinesh, believe it or not, I have similar feelings when meeting many people. Good or bad, I can easily make out if people are being sincere or hypocritic. Infact, that's why, at times, I even prefer blunt talk but not those artificial honey dripping talks.

Its a thin line that separates cinema from real life and one always influences the other.

Enjoy the free BGM, Camera and dialogues when they last.
