BRICKS FROM MY PAST

I chanced across the official LEGO website, and a portion of my past's cupboard came tumbling down, and landed on this blog. When I was about 5, my uncle who lives in America gifted me a LEGO set. And I remember that I built the most wonderful houses with it, the likes of which I may never ever get to see in real life. They were all made up of cute bricks of various sizes, with separate pieces for doors and windows. There were also wheels to build vehicles, and cute little LEGO men & women to live in the house. I never understood the concept of time when I was building with my LEGO set.

Wonder how many kids today sit in one place and build houses.

Check out the cute SOCCER GAME they have in the Games section of their website. Looks silly, but nice timepass!

Oh..They were good old days !!

Seems like the kids nowadays are more addicted to XBOX and Playstation than Legos and scrabbles....

Good to see a lot of LEGO fans here..
I wish I still had my blocks set. Would have still built houses with it.
